Student End of Tenancy Cleaning in Leeds

  • Bin areas. Beer bottles, pizza boxes and general fly-tipped stuff in the back yard. Agents will charge £100+ to clear this.
  • Blu-Tack marks and holes. Posters and fairy lights are the number one wall damage.
  • Nicotine staining. Yellow ceilings and walls above vape or smoking areas.
  • Missing items. Lightbulbs, toilet seats, remote controls, batteries in smoke alarms.

How much does student end of tenancy cleaning cost in Leeds?

For a full professional end of tenancy clean that passes inspection, expect:

  • 3-bed student house (LS6, Headingley): £220 to £280
  • 4-bed student house (Hyde Park, LS4): £280 to £340
